SMS Terms
Last updated: 10/16/2026
These terms cover the text messages (SMS) CDL Xray sends to drivers and job applicants on behalf of trucking companies that use our platform.
1. Who sends the texts
CDL Xray (cdl-xray.com) is a platform trucking companies use to hire drivers and run their fleet. A company you applied to or drive for can use it to text you about your application or your work.
Every text starts with "CDL Xray:" and names the company it comes from.
2. What we send
• Invitations to complete a driver application, a full employment application, or a passenger authorization, with a personal link.
• Announcements from a company you drive for, such as a safety meeting or a schedule change, with a link to the full message and any attached files.
We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
3. How you agree to receive texts
You get texts only from a company you applied to or drive for, after you give that company your mobile number to be contacted about your application or your work, for example on a job application or when you are hired.
You do not have to agree to texts to apply or to use CDL Xray: a company can send the same links by email.
4. How often
Message frequency varies. Usually it is one text for each form a company asks you to fill out, plus occasional announcements from your company.
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. CDL Xray does not charge you for texts.
6. How to stop
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. You will get one text confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no more texts after that. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work too.
To receive texts again, reply START.
7. Help
Reply HELP to any text, or email support@CDL-Xray.com.
8. Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy
We use your mobile number only to send the texts described here.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Twilio delivers our text messages as our service provider.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do.
